14-day refund
If your WBlur for Mac license key isn't right for you, for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't need to explain why.
How to ask for a refund
Email me@kirwako.dev and include:
- the email address you used to buy WBlur, and
- your order number or receipt, if you have it.
We usually reply within a couple of days.
When you get your money
We refund you through Gumroad, our store, to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Taxes charged at checkout are refunded too.
After the refund
Once refunded, your license key stops working, and the Mac app stops blurring. Refunds aren't available after 14 days, except where the law requires them or WBlur stops working for you and we can't fix it. In that case, write to us and we'll make it right.
Free and trial versions
The browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and other browsers is free, so there's nothing to refund. The Mac app is free for 3 days before you buy, so you can check it works with your WhatsApp first.
